Important Maintenance Guidelines

• 🔹 Resident Responsibility – Repairs or damages caused by negligence or misuse are the resident’s responsibility. These repairs will still be made, but the cost of labor and materials will be charged to you.
• 🔹 Plumbing Stoppages – Any blockages caused by resident negligence will also be billed accordingly.

Key Release Policy

To ensure prompt service, you may authorize the release of a key to a maintenance vendor.

🔑 If you do not authorize a key release, you must be available to grant the vendor access to the property.
