You don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified resident.
Pet Damage Protection
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a resident does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find you a new resident for free. *If Resident breaks lease due to Military orders this will not apply.
Speedy Lease Guarantee
Advanced Marketing Fast approvals, swift move-ins. Your Property Leased in 60 days or Less. Or your first month's Leasing Fee is on us. *Advertised Rent Price must not exceed the recommended Market Rent recommended by Blue Horizon Property Management.

Your time matters so we guarantee to respond to all communication within 24 Business Hours. *Weekends Excluded
Exclusive Fees
Owners/Clients receive exclusive fees when Selling or Buying properties with us.
Thorough Repair Assessments
To ensure all repairs are completed properly we conduct follow ups with each resident after the work is finished. This allows us to confirm that the repairs were done correctly and to address any remaining concerns, ensuring a High Standard of Service and Resident satisfaction. We also require the contractor/vendor and Resident to send pictures of the completed job as well.
